Rotharmel Shanks in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is a divorce and family law firm helping clients navigate the difficult time leading up to and following a family separation. We recognize that litigation can be expensive and have established pricing structures to achieve cost-efficient resolutions.

Not all divorces are complicated and contentious. Often, both spouses can agree they are ready to move on with their lives. If this is the case for you, I can help you obtain your divorce quickly and inexpensively without having to go to court.
Rotharmel Shanks in Baton Rouge believes in radical transparency when it comes to cost.  While most Louisiana attorneys charge large fees for this — anywhere from $1,500 to $10,000 – we offer a low flat fee of $495 plus court costs for a basic divorce.  Please review the information and resources on my website and feel free to give me a call if you have any questions.
